# Handmade home objects: ceramics, glass, and textiles

> Handmade objects for your home — studio ceramics, mouth-blown glass, handwoven textiles, candles, and decorative pieces from Danish makers.

The home collection on Handcraft is built around objects made to be lived with, not just displayed. You will find cups you drink from every morning, bowls that sit on your table, throws that get used rather than folded away, and glass objects that catch the light on a windowsill. These are pieces made by hand by Danish makers, and they bring something into a home that manufactured goods simply do not.

## Sub-categories

The home collection spans several materials and types:

* **Ceramics** — cups, bowls, plates, vases, teapots, and serving pieces from Danish studio potters
* **Glass** — mouth-blown glass objects and tableware, from everyday cups to collector pieces
* **Textiles** — hand-woven and plant-dyed quilts, curtains, throws, and fabric pieces
* **Candles** — including pieces from Ester & Erik
* **Art and decorative objects** — figurines, wall pieces, sculptural objects, and trays

## Notable makers

* **Helle Mardahl** — mouth-blown glass tableware and objects in her signature candy-colored palette, made at her Copenhagen studio; her Bon Bon collection is a standout
* **Studio Arhoj** — ceramic figurines, mugs, and the widely collected ghost series and crystal blobs
* **Inge Vincents** — thinware ceramics with a quiet, refined aesthetic
* **Ester & Erik** — candles with a strong Danish design heritage
* **Marianne Nielsen** — ceramic leaf wall art and decorative wall ceramics
* **Christian Bruun CPH** — stoneware pieces with a considered, contemporary approach

The collection ranges from affordable everyday-use pieces to collector items at higher price points. Whether you are looking for a single cup or building a considered home, there is something here at the right scale.
