# Contact Handcraft: orders, custom jewelry, and support

The Handcraft team is available by email for all order questions, custom jewelry enquiries, and general support. Whether you have a question before placing an order or need an update on a piece currently in production, this page shows you the best way to reach us.

## Custom jewelry questions

If you have questions about your design before placing an order, or about a piece that is currently being crafted, email [craft@wedohandcraft.com](mailto:craft@wedohandcraft.com) with your order number.

## Visit us

For custom jewelry, you have the option to visit our Copenhagen workshop to see your finished piece in person before it ships. This is available after your piece passes its quality inspection and you receive the final approval video.
