How to apply

1

Visit Handcraft and apply

Go to wedohandcraft.com and find the maker application. The process is straightforward and takes a few minutes.
2

Describe your craft and share your work

Tell us about your practice — what you make, how you make it, and where you work. Share examples of your work so we can see it for ourselves.
3

Handcraft reviews your application

Every application is reviewed by a person. The work must be genuinely handmade. We look at craft, quality, and fit — not follower counts or sales history.
4

Set up your profile and start listing

Once approved, you set up your maker profile and add your products. Your storefront is yours to manage — you control what you list, how it is described, and what you charge.
5

Manage orders, messages, and payouts

Everything you need to run your Handcraft business is in the platform. Respond to customer questions, manage orders, and receive payouts — all in one place.

AI-enhanced craftsmanship

Handcraft’s AI design tools are built to help you understand what customers are imagining — not to replace what you know how to do. When a customer comes to you with a vague description or a reference image, the tools help translate that into something concrete: a visual representation that you can work from, refine, and respond to. The result is less back-and-forth, fewer misunderstandings, and more time spent making. The AI reflects your style and capabilities, not a generic template. Every piece is still made by hand, by you.
“Handcraft’s AI tools help me understand exactly what my customers want. It’s transformed how I work and helped me reach clients I never thought possible.”
Handcraft is currently focused on independent Danish artisans. Work must be genuinely handmade to be considered.
