There are two ways to shop on Handcraft. You can browse the collection and buy a ready-made object directly from a maker, or you can commission a custom piece of jewelry — designed by you, reviewed by a goldsmith, and handcrafted from start to finish in Denmark.

Buying a ready-made piece

Finding and buying an object is straightforward:
  1. Browse the collection by category or maker
  2. Select the piece you want and review the maker’s details
  3. Checkout securely through the platform
  4. Receive your order, carefully packaged and shipped
Every product page tells you who made the object and how. There are no surprises.

Commissioning custom jewelry

Custom jewelry on Handcraft is handled end to end — from your first idea to a finished piece reviewed and approved by you before it ships.

Design your piece

Use the AI design tool to create and customise your dream piece of jewelry. You can describe what you have in mind, adjust details, and arrive at a design that feels right before anything is made.

Goldsmiths review your design

Once you place your order, the goldsmiths review your design within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation and work begins. In the rare case your design cannot be made — less than 1% of all submissions — you will receive an immediate full refund.

Handcrafted by one goldsmith

Your piece is entrusted to a single goldsmith who crafts it from start to finish. This ensures complete attention to detail and consistency throughout.

Adjustments communicated by email

If any small adjustments are needed — for example, strengthening a delicate detail — the goldsmith will email you right away for your input before continuing.

Video review before shipping

When your piece is complete, you will receive a detailed video. You can approve it from wherever you are, or visit the Copenhagen workshop to see it in person before it ships.

Safe, careful delivery

Your approved piece is carefully packaged and shipped to you. Every order leaves the workshop only after you have signed off.
The video review step means you see the finished piece before it ever leaves the workshop. You are not approving a photograph — you are watching it move, seeing the finish, and confirming it is exactly what you wanted.

Our guarantee

Less than 1% of designs submitted through Handcraft cannot be made. If yours falls into that category, you will receive an immediate, full refund — no partial payments, no delays, no questions. Your payment is secure at every stage of the process.
