Handcraft is a curated marketplace for handmade objects — ceramics, jewelry, clothing, bags, and more — made by independent Danish artisans. When you order a ready-made piece, you are buying directly from the maker’s studio. Because every item is handcrafted in small batches, the experience is intentionally different from ordering mass-produced goods: slower, more considered, and more personal.

How to place an order

1

Browse the shop or a category page

Start at the shop or explore a specific collection — jewelry, ceramics, clothing, bags, home objects, or art. Use filters to narrow by material, maker, or style.
2

Select a product

Open a product listing to read the maker’s story, understand the materials and techniques used, and review any size or variant options. Each listing tells you who made the piece and how.
3

Add to cart and proceed to checkout

Add your chosen piece to the cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and review your order summary before continuing.
4

Complete your order with secure payment

Enter your delivery details and complete payment. Handcraft uses secure payment processing — your details are never stored on our side.
5

Receive your order confirmation and shipping updates

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Shipping updates follow once your maker dispatches the piece.
6

Your piece arrives carefully packaged

Handcraft objects are packaged with care by the maker. You can expect your order to arrive safely and ready to give or keep.

A few things to keep in mind

Handmade objects ship differently from warehouse stock. Each piece leaves the maker’s studio individually, and timelines vary depending on the maker’s location, current workload, and whether the item is held in stock or made to order. Shipping timelines are shown on each product listing and communicated at order confirmation. Availability on Handcraft is naturally limited. Most pieces are made in small batches or as one-offs, which means items can sell out without being restocked. If something catches your eye, it is worth ordering sooner rather than later.
For one-of-a-kind or limited pieces, order promptly — handcrafted items are rarely restocked.
