Custom jewelry questions

If you have questions about your design before placing an order, or about a piece that is currently being crafted, email craft@wedohandcraft.com with your order number.
Include your order number and a brief description of your question for the fastest response.

Visit us

For custom jewelry, you have the option to visit our Copenhagen workshop to see your finished piece in person before it ships. This is available after your piece passes its quality inspection and you receive the final approval video. Contact us at craft@wedohandcraft.com to arrange a visit.
